Since his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 1993, Timothy G. Kenneally has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in both the state and federal courts. He routinely resolves matters for the benefit of his clients through trial, arbitration, mediation and direct negotiations. Through a common sense approach to his cases and an aggressive style, Tim has saved his clients millions of dollars in verdicts, litigation fees and costs.
Tim brings a wealth of experience to Foley & Foley. In his career, he has handled cases involving employment law, torts, premises liability, construction accidents, products liability, negligence, insurance and contract issues. He has argued and won several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and has several reported decisions, including:
Over his career, Tim has also assisted clients with real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He has negotiated residential and commercial leases, construction contracts, employee benefits contracts and security agreements. He also regularly analyzes and interprets insurance policies and advises his clients about appropriate coverages.
Tim has deep roots in Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Originally a product of Dorchester, his parents moved the family to Canton in 1972. As one of five children, with a large extended family, he learned the art of diplomacy at an early age. In 1999, he and his wife, Kimberly, moved to Foxborough, where they are raising their two children. Tim presently serves as a member of the Advisory Committee in Foxborough.
