Healthcare Practice and Small Business Assistance
Our health care practice is led by John Dorn and is grounded in contracts, torts, corporation, administrative law, employment law and ethics. We are a small business and experience, first hand, many of the pressures that our small business clients confront. We consider it a privilege to share our skills, approach and experience with the community of small businesses including “the other great profession” (medicine) and many others.
Whether in an examining room, show room, board room or on a job site, our attorneys know that when a workplace issue presents, a rapid and reasoned response to ensure the continuation of business is essential. Working with health care practices and other types of small business involves the ability to spot issues and discuss important matters with a sleeves rolled up and hands on approach. Sometimes a doctor has a waiting room full of patients when an employee matter occurs. At other times a single principal service business must continue in the midst of a customer complaint.

LEGAL TRIAGE, is a pro-active, cost effective service which affords the practicing provider or small business owner with peace of mind. For a nominal monthly fee, employment, business and compliance issues can be addressed as they occur with retained counsel for a fraction of the cost of having full time counsel on staff.
We offer several plans to suit the needs of the multiple types, sizes and budgets of different practices/businesses on Cape Cod, the islands and South/Southeastern Massachusetts.
